Desmond is a seasoned ICT leader with over 22 years of experience driving technology and business initiatives across Asia Pacific. At INFOPRO, he leads marketing strategy and brand growth, helping financial institutions embrace digital transformation. Recognized by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) as a Technology Expert Panel in ICT, Desmond combines industry expertise with academic research as a doctoral candidate at the National University of Malaysia.
